At M Benefit Solutions, John provides clients with technical and consulting support in all aspects of executive benefits and non-qualified plans, including prospect qualification, plan design, funding strategies, communications and implementation.

Prior to joining M Benefit Solutions, John was a Senior Consultant at The Todd Organization where he focused on the development, analysis and successful implementation of non-qualified plans, executive benefits and funding solutions.  He started his career as an investment banker assisting clients with mergers & acquisitions, capital formation, valuations and strategic planning.  

John received his Master of Business Administration with Honors from Wake Forest University and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
