Cody joined M Benefit Solutions in 2017.  With nearly two decades of life insurance industry experience, he works side-by-side with many of our clients and advisors to deliver a solutions-oriented perspective that includes a wide variety of customized executive benefit plans and related financing programs for M Benefit Solutions’ corporate, credit union, and bank clients.

Prior to joining us, Cody was a practicing attorney as well as a Compliance Director for a life insurance brokerage general agency. He continues to leverage the experienced gained throughout his career to provide exceptional service for our clients.

Cody has a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minn., and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Montana State University, Bozeman. Cody maintains an Oregon law license and a life insurance license, and he is a Registered Representative for Investment Company/Variable Contract Products with M Holdings Securities, Inc. During his time as a member of the Executive Committee, Corporate Counsel Section of the Oregon State Bar, he hosted several seminars on topics such as executive benefits, cybersecurity, and employee safe travel.
