Jackie oversees M Financial’s human resources, facilities, and corporate social responsibility endeavors. She has extensive experience leading growth and staffing initiatives, strategic planning, organizational development, and compensation structures.

Prior to joining M, Jackie was SVP and Chief Talent Officer at OnPoint Community Credit Union. She has experience in multiple industries including banking, hi-tech, biotech, and not-for-profit. She holds an undergraduate degree in international relations, and she is also trained as a lawyer, earning her JD from Arizona State University.
